There is a $250 damage deposit required to hold the booking (to confirmed the reservation). The balance is due at least 45 days in advance of check-in and for holiday booking the balance is due at least 60 days in advance of check-in. The damage deposit is returned the day after check out and the unit is cleaned, providing there has been no damage.
