Tannenbaum II Cozy Mountain Retreat - 1033

Welcome to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., two bedroom, three bath vacation condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime! Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II vacation condo serves up a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River.

We are located only a short, 6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge's charming Main Street with its many interesting shops, galleries, and fabulous dining. A swimming pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100 yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center, ice rink at Maggie Pond (winter, of course), and all the adventure that Breckenridge has to offer.

Lots of amenities are included to enhance your mountain stay: gas fireplace, upscale furnishings including 3 new flat screen HDTVs (one is a 37 inch with DVR), cable and wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, & access to a large picnic area. An elevator makes unloading luggage, groceries, and skis & boards an easy task. Parking is provided for two cars (one is covered), and permits are required.

Bedrooms are oversized to easily accommodate 8 guests. The large master bedroom has a king bed plus daybed and sitting area as well as a private bath. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a daybed and private bath.

Two leather sofa beds in the great room can also be used to extend sleeping accommodations for up to 12. A third full bath, located just off the great room, will come in handy for large families.
