This three bedroom beautifully decorated vacation condo at Trout Creek Condominium Resort is the perfect accommodation for your vacation in northern Michigan. The resort offers so many things to do ....swimming in one of the three swimming pools, relaxing in the hot tubs, exercising in the fitness center, playing tennis, volleyball, basketball etc. It is also a great location for visiting Lake Michigan beaches, Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island, and crossing the Mackinac Bridge to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Located in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area, Trout Creek is adjacent to two of Michigan's most popular ski resorts - Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Boyne Mountain at Boyne Falls, another popular ski resort, is a short drive from Trout Creek. If you are a golf enthusiast, Boyne Highlands Golf Courses are just across the road, and many other premier golf courses are in the area.

There are adventure activities in the area for everyone, such as biking, swimming, boating, fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, and fall color tours. Shoppers will love Petoskey's Gaslight District, downtown Harbor Springs, and the Marina District at Bay Harbor. There are also museums, live theatre and much, much more.

We offer the best rate in the area - 25% to 45% less than the others.Our rates are all inclusive, tax and cleaning fee included. A $200 security/damage deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The deposit will be returned to the guests (subject to damage or excessive cleaning fee) within 15 days after the departure date. The security/damage deposit will be handled in a prompt and fair fashion.

Full rental payment (not including the $200 deposit) is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is no penalty; cancellation less than 30 days subject to a $25 fee; less than 14 days subject to a $100 fee.
