Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Subject to change for Holidays. Rental based on weekly and monthly basis unless pre-negotiated plus 7% sales tax. Monthly rates negotiable for greater than two months $500 refundable security deposit required when confirmation is provided.(Refundable only if reservation is canceled prior to 30 days of date reserved) $95 is added to the total rental for housekeeping provided at conclusion of reserved period.

Note: Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation is provided. Final Payment must be received two weeks prior scheduled arrival otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation and fees refunded with exception of initial deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of rental period will be subject to loss of 50% deposits.Cancellations within 7 days of rental period will be subject to loss of all deposits.
