Nautical Watch, is a privately owned, family-oriented vacation and resort development. Our unit sets directly on the beach in a second floor, corner unit with one of the most spectacular views of all the units in the complex.

Sit on our spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the splendor of this breathtaking venue. Or, if you prefer, walk just a few yards to our tropical courtyard and enjoy the private \"heated pool\" for your relaxation and swimming enjoyment.

Nautical Watch is located on the beach, on the east to west span of Thomas Drive approximately two miles west of St. Andrews Park and two miles east of the \"Strip\". The unit has one bathroom and one bedroom with two double beds and two twin bunk beds above them. The sleeper sofa, in the living room, will sleep two. The unit will accommodate 4 adults very comfortably. There is additional sleeping space for up to 2 children.

Peak season (mid May thru Mid August) and spring break weeks rent Saturday to Saturday only (see rate sheet below). Nightly rentals (3 night minimum) during off season.

Please add 11% tax and $50 cleaning fee to all rates.

150$ refundable deposit will hold your reservation.
