The Nanaimo Guest House is open year-round. All rates are in Canadian funds and are based upon single or double occupancy per night.

January - December: (Rates may vary on long weekends & holidays) A two night minimum stay applies One night stays may be available upon request. Rates are based upon single or double occupancy.

Discount: Weekly rates available at 25% discount.
 
Rental Policies

Reservations: In order to secure your reservation phone or email us with the dates of your stay, we require deposit equivalent to the first night\'s stay.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel booking, we require 7 days notice. A one-night charge will apply if a reservation is canceled in less than 14 day or no show. For reservations of 30 days or more, 30 days cancellation policy with 50% non-refundable deposit.

Minimum Stay: We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement on weekends and over holiday periods Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination.
