The dining room & kitchen are beamed and vaulted as well. Jetted tub in upstairs bathroom.

You Have Two Options:

1. Option One - (Sleeps up to 9) - Upper & Ground level - 1500 Sq. Ft.

The three bedroom (plus family room) & two bathroom. The two upstairs bedrooms are large and have a queen size bed with Euro-top matresses and the spacious closets are cedar lined. The third bedroom on the ground level features a bunk bed with a double lower and the upper is a twin. The upper bath features a jetted tub and is tiled throughout. The ground level bath is a three-quarters. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 and center island with stools seats 4.

The ground level also features a family room with game table & cable TV, queen hide-a-bed.

2. Option Two - (Sleeps 2 to 4)- Upper Level, 1,000 Sq. Ft.
Two large bedrooms & two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with Euro-top matresses and the spacious closets are cedar lined. Upper bath features a jetted tub and is tiled throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 and center island with stools seats 4.

This vacation rental home is the perfect place for "family reunions," "girl-friends get-a-ways," "two or even three family housing," and many other occasions. Lots of open space, yet privacy for those who choose to go to bed early or sleep-in.

The nice thing about Lake City is that everything is quite close and even the locals love to walk.
