Our peaceful, waterfront, year round vacation home is situated directly on Lake Simcoe in Shannon Bay with western exposure, allowing our guests to enjoy gorgeous sunsets in a calm, peaceful setting ideal for swimming, lounging & children.

This vacation home is located on a quiet, mature, upscale peninsula(Victoria Point) within the City of Orillia. All amenities, entertainment, cultural & sporting activities are available just minutes away in historic Orillia. Great location for walking, jogging, strolling or cycling amongst mature trees & fresh lakeside breezes.

Access to landscaped grounds, shoreline & dock is entirely private with no shared accommodation during time periods offered for rent.
