Our peaceful, waterfront, year round 2 br vacation home rental is situated directly on Lake Simcoe in Shannon Bay with western exposure, allowing our guests to enjoy gorgeous sunsets in a calm, peaceful setting ideal for swimming, lounging & children.

This vacation home is located on a quiet, mature, upscale peninsula(Victoria Point) within the City of Orillia. All amenities, entertainment, cultural & sporting activities are available just minutes away in historic Orillia. Great location for walking, jogging, strolling or cycling amongst mature trees & fresh lakeside breezes.

Full utilities included along with 3 cable tvs, dvd/blueray players, central A/C, central dehumidifier, natural gas forced air furnace & natural gas fireplace to ensure a comfortable stay.

Access to landscaped grounds, shoreline & dock is entirely private with no shared accommodation during time periods offered for rent. Rentals are offered to one family only per rental period.
