Also known as the fisher’s paradise, this island is the dwelling place of sailfish, bonefish, marlin and many others. You can go for guided fishing tours with companies like Charter Boat Captains and Florida Keys family fun Charters. But, you have to make your own arrangements for boat and gear. You should not miss visiting John Penne amp coral reef State park, which is a stunning undersea park. Enjoy swimming with dolphins, at Sea Marine Mammal Park. Other underwater parks are Marathon’s Crane point, Bahia Honda State park, Key Largo, Key West and Big Pine Key. The warm, clear and shallow water and the consistent winds are ideal conditions for kite boarding. Kite boarders can approach two spots for the fun, first one is Whale Harbor and the second one is Anne’s beach. At Whales harbor, you are supposed to pay $10 per day. However, it is recommended only for expert kite boarders and not beginners.  Whereas, Anne’s Beach, which is the one and only natural beach of Islamorada, is open for public.
