Villa Costa Sud es una casa frente a la playa completamente nuevo y renovado en el lado sur de Santo Tomás frente al Caribe. Simplemente no hay nada igual en el Santo Tomás. Caminas por una elegante puerta de entrada a una casa que se abre al mar, mirando a la piscina de borde infinito grande. La casa está magníficamente decoradas con arte original, extremo muy alto muebles y accesorios. En total, la casa tiene 4250 metros cuadrados en el interior y otro 2600 metros cuadrados de terrazas cubiertas y las cubiertas, con cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños, una sala de medios de comunicación independientes y un gimnasio. Esta es una villa de verdad, de lujo y es para personas que desean experimentar lo mejor en Santo Tomás. No es para todos.

A stone built, 3 bedroomed terraced house for rent in the Languedoc region of France. The house is situated in a small village called Bizanet, between Narbonne and Lezignan Corbiere in the department of Aude. Its location makes it ideal for touring the area. Spain Is only 45 minutes away and the Medieval castle of Carcassonne is just over half hour. The recently renovated village house sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The house is equipped with fridge, full size cooker and television. There is a terrace where everybody can enjoy dining or reading. We allow pets (normally dogs) by prior arrangement.

The Languedoc is in the South West of France adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea with its excellent beaches and Spain. Also known as the Midi, it is the sun drenched south of France with over 2000 hours of sunshine a year. The area gets more sunshine than anywhere else in France. The Languedoc Roussillon is often described as the forgotten Riviera. The coastline of this part of Southern France is ideal as an alternative to the pricier tourist destinations of St Tropez and Cannes further east.

The Languedoc has a great historical past, first settled by the Romans many other conquerors came and settled in the area. Everyone from Hannibal to the Visigoth’s left their mark on the area. This is the land of the Cathars, the religious sect wiped out by Pope Innocent III. You will see Cathars names on signs everywhere. For part of it’s history the Languedoc was part of Spain, and is still known sometimes as Catalan France, many of the people of the Languedoc have Spanish ancestry.

If you like the the laid back way of life and good cuisine, this is the place for you. Wine buffs can enjoy the local wines as the Languedoc is the largest wine growing area in the world. Suffering from a bad reputation some years ago it’s wines were not of the best quality, to say the least. Recent investment in the vineyards has produced some of the best wines in the world as new vines have been planted and harvested.

The terraced house is in a quiet street with little passing traffic situated in the Langeudoc village of Bizanet. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one double, one twin and one single. There is also a large bathroom housing the washing machine and a separate w.c. A wooden stair case leads to the upper floor, and directly into a large vaulted lounger diner with exposed beams. Also on this level is the kitchen, (with fridge freezer, microwave and full cooker), the 140 sq. ft. terrace and a second w.c.

The upstairs lounge is quite large with wooden beams, it has a dinning table large enough for 6 people, a sitting area with “click clak” sofa and two armchairs, and a television that receives English TV and radio programs.

French windows lead from the lounge onto the terrace. The terrace is 140 sq. ft. in size and is large enough for all the family to enjoy al fresco meals in the sun. The terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and from patio doors in the lounge.

Unfortunately there is no parking outside the house, but there is a parking available about 100 yards. In over six years the area has been completely safe.

Your 1000 sq. ft. condo unit is right above the beach, reached by a short walk down a stair way. The condo has a large living room, a good sized kitchen, and two bedrooms; one equipped with a king sized bed and the other with two twins. The unit has a 9\’ by 40\’ deck the whole length of the condo, with seating for four guests, a place to eat, barbecue, or just lounge and watch the spectacular sunsets and the lights of the houses across the Bay at night. The entire property was renovated in 2007, with new kitchens, baths, and furniture.

This condo is located as part of Villa Eau Claire, a gated private home located on Peterborg Road about a half mile from the main Beach. The owners live next door in a three bedroom unit, but they are infrequently on Island and will provide you with privacy if they are there. The Condo has its own entrance and its own stairs down to the Beach. The Villa is equipped with a 27K generator, providing constant power during the frequent breakdowns of power in St. Thomas.The differences between the two condo are the greater size of the other unit, and extra bathroom, and vaulted ceilings in all of the rooms. Villa eau claire is a unique property, behind a gate and fence, and sitting just over magen\’s bay, with its own pocket beach, private deck with shower, and easy access to magen\’s bay, one of the most beautiful bodies of water anywhere. the property has two condo rentals; one a two bedroom property with one bath of 1000 sq ft (see other deion) and the other a two bedroom, two bath condo with about 1,400 sq ft.

This condo is the larger of the two and is the main portion of the owner\’s residence, with an extra bathroom and a larger great room and kitchen, with vaulted ceilings in all rooms. the rent is slightly higher than for the other unit.the house includes a covered deck for both bedrooms, and the great room, and the views from the decks extend from magen\’s bay beach to the south, the entire bay and the mountain across the bay, down to the atlantic ocean to the northwest. the sunsets are wonderful, and the house faces southwest. the entire property was renovated completely, with all new kitchens and baths, and furniture, in 2008.

There is large, comfortable bedroom and bath, with a king sized bed; and a full sized second bedroom, that doubles as a media room or a bedroom, with a queen sized convertible bed. the great room includes a large sitting area, an inside dining area, a full sized kitchen with eating counter for five, and an outside eating area on the deck, served by a barbecue. the condo has a walk down of about 50 steps to a large beach deck that walks directly into the water at the pocket beach. the breezes are nearly constant, coming out from the beach, and they cool the property in the summer. air conditioning is very seldom required, although it is available throughout the property. there is an alternative lifestyle beach next door, where nude bathing is the norm.

You walk through an elegant entry way to a house that opens out to the sea, looking over the large infinity edge pool. The house is situated on 1.5 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, behind an electronic gate. The beach is 345 feet of small pebbles, with a 100 foot private pier out into the Caribbean, and stairs to make it very easy to get in and out of the water for snorkeling — with a shower at the beach to use before going back to the house. There is a short, 400 foot walk to a half mile of largely deserted sandy Green Kay beach where many guests swim and sun bath without suits. The house provides snorkeling gear and fishing equipment, but the jet ski rentals are only 5 minutes away at the Marriott Frenchman\’s Reef. In addition, there is a 38\’ by 12\’ infinity pool, a large hot tub for up to six people, and lovely outdoor covered eating area.

The downstairs organizes around a very large Great Room in the center, with a large bedroom, bathroom, a full media room on one side, and a huge Gourmet Woodmode kitchen and fitness center on the other. The house opens on covered verandas on three sides of the Great Room. Upstairs, the house has three very large bedrooms, two of which open to a large sunning deck and the third with its own private balcony. These are large, comfortable rooms, with large modern bathrooms attached. Every room has a new 32\” plasma, wall mounted television, DVD players, air-conditioning, and is beautifully decorated. The media room has a 50 inch plasma screen, with Bose surround sound. The fitness center has an elliptical trainer, a Schwinn stationary bike, and a Universal weight center.
