Church View is a beautiful, stone built, detached barn conversion with generous accommodation for 4 people. Renovated in 2008 the property is tastefully furnished with modern facilities. Ideally located in the picturesque Cotswold village of Leighterton, just 4 miles from Tetbury, this is a wonderful setting for a relaxing break. Leighterton boasts a pub serving traditional English fayre and real ales. Many walks can be enjoyed from the village with the Monarchs Way passing the doorstep of Church View. The property is also ideally located for exploring many of the attractions in the local area. We have listed just a few below. The property has a modern kitchen / diner with access to a private garden area with table and chairs - ideal for barbeques or morning coffee. The large lounge, with vaulted ceiling and picture window, has a log burner for those colder evenings, a TV with Freeview, and a DVD player with selection of DVDs. The ground-floor bathroom is well equipped with a corner bath with shower above.

The open staircase leads to two large bedrooms, one double with ensuite cloakroom and one twin. There is electric heating throughout so you can enjoy your stay whatever the weather and the electricity is included in the tariff. A complimentary basket of logs will be provided for use on the log burner. All bed linen and towels are included as is a welcome tray with milk, sugar, tea and coffee for that much needed cuppa after your journey. Children are welcome and a cot, high chair and other equipment can be provided on request - please let us know when you book. If Mum and Dad fancy a well earned evening out, we are happy to offer our baby sitting services or recommend one of the sitters in the village if we aren't free. Off street parking is available for 2 cars and extra cars can be parked on the quiet road outside. Sorry no pets and no smoking in the property.

Weekly bookings  start Fridays except Badminton, Christmas and New Year.

Short breaks are 3 Nights from Friday or 4 nights from Monday.

Alternative start dates may be arranged. Please contact us for availability.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This can be paid via cheque or bank transfer.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences.

If the booking is within 8 weeks of your holiday we will require full payment immediately.

Arrival and Departure: The property is available from 4pm on day of arrival and until 10.30 am on day of departure.
