Over 2000 square feet of living space modernly equipped with full kitchen, laundry, three bedrooms, two baths, for groups up to eight. Satellite TV and High Speed Internet included. Absolutely No Smoking! or Pets! Great spot to unwind and relax while visiting UVM,St.Michael's College, Middlebury College, or Chanplain College. Close to five golf courses, antiquing, and great restaurants.

Spring May 15 - June 27th $1350/week Summer June 27 - Sept 5th $1800/week Fall Sept 5 - Oct 24th $1350/week Winter Oct 24 - May 15 $1200/week $50.00 cleaning fee only charged on short reservations less than three nights. Check in 4 PM on 1st day and check out 11 AM of last day for all rentals. Deposits-30% of rental fee due at reservation. Security deposit of $350 is authorized by the guest, but not charged to your credit card. Security Deposit cleared in full on final day after home inspection. Refunds-If you cancel within 90 days of your reservation we will refund your deposit in full providing we can re-rent. If you cancel less then 90 days before your reservation, your deposit cannot be refunded. Weekly rates are $1800 peak,$1350 spring & fall, $1200 off peak winter Fall weekends, $750 9%VT Rooms and Meals state tax not included. $50 cleaning fee assessed on short stay reservations FeesTax Rate: 9.0% Cleaning: $50
