Casa Dos Cisnes is a luxurious five bedroom Hacienda in traditional colonial-style. Located on the prestigious Conchas Chinas residential hillside, the villa is built on four levels around a central courtyard.

10,000 s.f. of living space offer spectacular views over the expanse of Banderas Bay and the south shoreline towards LosArcos and Yelapa. Architectural features include a dramatic winding staircase, iron chandeliers, multiple fountains, weeping walls, brick bovedas, high-beamed ceilings, cantera columns enhanced by a collection of antiques and art works throughout.

There is a large media/entertainment room with 52" flat screen TV and a fully equipped exercise gym. The infinity swimming pool is heated. All bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. High thread count linens. Gourmet kitchen. Dining room has an expandable dining table that comfortably seats up to twelve.
