Living area has 2 couches and a lounge chair. The entertainment center includes a flat screen 40 inch TV/DVD/stereo. There is a library of 7 dozen DVD's, CD's, library , games, puzzles, cards, binoculars, information on all the local activities and even Spanish dictionaries!. You'll be in awe with the ocean and village views day and night. The separate dining area, a step up, has a round Mexican glass carved table top and overlooks the village lights at night.

Condo Beach Vacation Rentals Lovers , you are all set; beach chairs, several coolers, blankets, towels, binoculars, games, books, just bring your lotion and a corona! The infamous Akumal beach is a 5 minute walk ( 0.4 mile) or settle right in front Swim in the ocean side Infinity pool that is quiet and surrounded by palm trees or nap under the Palapas on padded lounge chairs. An open Mexican bath with raised bowl sinks, palapa covered open shower and bath overlooking the ocean coast and jungle. The bedrooms all have separate remote control A/C.
