In Yarmouthport, on the North Shore of Cape Cod, on a street lined with stately trees, stands the Colonial House Inn.

Here the charm of old Cape Cod has been carefully preserved and the tradition of gracious dining and hospitality carried forward.

Each of the 21 large guest rooms is individually decorated and furnished with antiques.

Each room has its own private bath and a charming view of our grounds and the adjacent historic homes.

Rental Policies

A deposit of one night stay, by check or credit card, is required. For a full refund, cancellations must be received 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, (minus a $25.00 non-refundable per day reservation fee), Cancellations received after 72 hrs. will not be refunded. A no-show, (no cancellation courtesy call received), will be charged the full amount of the stay. Changes in arrival or departure dates (made after the 72 hrs. deadline) will be billed at the full rate. As we have a limited number of rooms, and do not over book, No exceptions to these polices will be made
