We require a minimum of $500 security deposit ( $1,000 for events) to secure your reservation and 50% of balance due within 90 days and expect the balance (including deposits) 30 days prior to arrival.

If ninety or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented, If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the monies collected. 

Written notice must be received by owners or by certified return receipt mail.

Rates are determined on number of guests & bedrooms desired, starting at $250 per night for 1-2 guests, add $100 per person per night !!! Guest Villa is available as a $175 per night add on !!!!

Owner/caretaker lives in Guest Villa when not booked with rental of the Main Villa!!! 

Owner/caretaker maintains office in 3 car garage & is on the premises daily !!!
