1 Bedroom House rental for your vacation in Ocean Park

On your vacation you will delight in all the comforts of home, while being located in one of the prime areas of Puerto Rico. Lots of windows and skylights make the apartment sunny and light, yet offer privacy via the surrounding foliage.

Grill and backyard furniture designed to make entertaining outside as easy as in. Our unit is a large one bedroom; one baths house in Ocean Park is a cost effective. The house is fully furnished with tile floors throughout the apartment, cable TV and paddle fans in bedroom with VCR, DVD player in the living room area.

There is a formal dining area just to the left of the living room. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dinette area and a small herb and flower garden where one may enjoy morning coffee or tea.

Rates varying depending upon the season and special rates apply for holiday and special dates.

Our vacation rental house is of the highest quality and includes many extras along with the standard features you are accustomed to. There is crown molding throughout, stone countertops, Pergo floors, as well as many additional extras too numerous to mention here.

we accept pay pal, check (at least two weeks in advance) or cash on arrival.  deposit is 100.00 refundable after check out.  cleaning fee 0f $50.00 one time, if weekly cleaning is requested will be paid at time of cleaning.  a 7% tax is added to rental rate.

to hold a 100.00 deposit is required.  to confirm 50% is required and prior to check in balance must be paid.

a basic agreement must be signed in advance.
